Silver – When you make your first purchase with RBA Mechanical, you are automatically entered into Silver level.

Gold – You advance to Gold level when you have made 5 purchases with RBA Mechanical. You remain in Gold level as long as you continue to make a purchase at least once per year. This can be a repair service, a preventative maintenance service, an installation, or a product purchase. If you have not made a purchase with RBA Mechanical within a 2 year period, you are reverted to Silver level.

Gold – * Online Purchases – You are automatically entered into Gold level for 1 year when you make an online purchase through our website store. This is non-accumalative, which means the 1 year is from your first purchase made online. You remain in Gold level after 1 year from your 1st online purchase as long as you continue to make a purchase at least once per year. If you have not made a purchase with RBA Mechanical within a 2 year period, you are reverted to Silver level.

Platinum – You advance to Platinum level when you have made a minimum of 2 purchases per year from RBA Mechanical, for 3 years. This can be repair services, maintenance visits, installations, or product purchases. If you have not made 2 purchases per year within a 2 year period, you are revereted to Gold level.

Titanium – You advance to Titanium level when you have made a minimum of 2 purchases per year from RBA Mechanical, for 5 years. This can be repair services, maintenance visits, installations, or product purchases. If you have not made 2 purchases per year within a 2 year period, you are reverted to Platinum level.

Neon Plus – You advance to Neon Plus when you have made a minimum of 2 purchases per year from RBA Mechanical for 10 years. To remain in Neon Plus level, you must make a minimum of 2 purchases per year. If you have not made a purchase within a 1 year period, you are reverted to Platinum level.

Prospect – You are in Prospect level when a quote has been sent to you for service. When a quote is accepted, you have become a client, and you will be automatically entered into Silver level.
