We provide “After Sale” service

Yes we service what we sell. Any product or brand we sell you, we provide you with the after sale service. Whether you need warranty, repairs, or just preventative maintenance, we look after your equipment after your purchase.


All preventative maintenance services include a free protective wax coating on the equipment

A good wax coating on your equipment prevents spills or water from accumulating on the metal jackets, which can cause the metal jackets to rust or burn holes in the metal. And besides, after a good maintenance service on your A/C, furnace or boiler, a nice coat of wax really makes the equipment sparkle. Clean equipment always performs at it’s best.

Protective wax coating is a free complimentary service offered by RBA Mechanical


We accept all major credit cards including G pay & Apple Pay

When you pay online, you can pay by G Pay or Apple Pay with any device that supports it. We also accept all major credit cards, E-Transfers, and even EFT / Direct Deposits.


Our Compassion pricing will continue to June 30, 2022

Through 2021, RBA Mechanical provided compassion pricing for all our services and installations. We will continue offering our compassion pricing this year until June 30, 2022. We offer lower rates, and loads of discounts to cover most client needs, but only one discount per purchase. Some examples include 5% off on quotes paid when accepted, 2% discount on e-transfer payments over $500.00, 2% early pay discounts for commercial clients. And don’t forget 10% off on services ordered through our online store. Not to mention a great customer referral program.

Our compassion pricing offers you lower rates and more discounts for repairs and installations.

RBA Mechanical has been using a safety program since it's development in 1998. The use of our program by all our employees has shown to be very effective, as we have had no health or safety claims in our 20 year history.

Our store is dedicated to supporting local, so everything listed in our store is available to Sherwood Park and Edmonton locations only. Contact us for an estimate, if you are located outside these areas.

  • All service work is completed by a qualified Journeyman.
  • We follow all COVID 19 rules & regulations to ensure your health and safety.
  • We remove all our packaging & debris from work site.
  • All work will be completed as specified in your service description.
  • When work is completed, you will receive your official invoice with full service description, for your records.
  • All prices are based on flat rate pricing with NO hidden fees. See Additional Fees for exceptions.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have placed your order, there is no cancellation of service.
If you have a question regarding a product, service, or availability, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order.

Payments

  • Credit card payments - we accept all major credit cards online through the Stripe platform.  
  • We also accept G Pay and Apple Pay payments online or through your invoice.
  • Po / invoice payments - you must hold an established Account with RBA Mechanical. 

Warranty

Our service warranty is 90 days on workmanship. All parts & equipment is based on Manufacturers’ warranty policies and may range between 6 months or 1 year. If you have questions regarding a product warranty, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order.

Testing or examination services: Testing & examinations are based on the time of test or examination, and there is no warranty implied on such services.

Backflow device repair warranty is limited & is based on causes or conditions.

Additional Fees

If any of the following conditions apply, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order to book an on-site survey.

  • If any equipment or part is unaccessible, hidden, or is difficult access.
  • If holes may be required through concrete or cinder block, concrete coring may be required.
  • If equipment is higher then 10 ft from floor level, a scissor lift may be required. 
  • If equipment is in a mobile home, additional fees may apply.

Onsite conditions that may involve additional fees:

  • AC Service / Leak detection: Access ports / valves. Central air conditioners & roof top units come with access ports / valves, if they are missing, additional fees to install access ports / valves will be required.
  • Any hidden or unforeseen conditions that hinder a repair or installation.
