RBA Mechanical is your source for Radiant Hot Water Heating Systems in residential homes and commercial shops & businesses.  We specialize in all the required procedures from the Radiant Design phase to the Installation or Repair phase.  This includes renovations for existing homes or commercial buildings. 

Typically, this means existing homes or commercial buildings containing current forced air heating systems (furnaces, unit heaters, etc.), can convert to warm radiant floors.   Warm radiant floors can be added to any forced air heated home.  RBA Mechanical has various solutions that can meet your needs for radiant floors, such as adding tubing over your existing basement concrete and pouring new concrete, adding staple up tubing in your basement ceilings for radiant heat on the main floor, or for finished ceilings, there is Uponor's Quik Trak panels which are laid down directly onto an existing floor.  When you are converting from forced air to a radiant floor system, separate ventilation is not required, as you already have a means of circulating the air in your home or business via your forced air system.  Sweat Equity plans are also available for Renovation projects.

For older homes, RBA Mechanical has special installation packages to allow you to upgrade your forced air furnace while having the total comfort of warm basement floors.  Other packages are available based on your installing needs.

Only RBA Mechanical offers you Sweat Equity Plans to reduce your initial Investment cost.  ^** Save money by installing the tubing yourself.  Stage Work Plans are also available from RBA Mechanical, such as installing the tubing in the concrete for your garage, driveway or sidewalk, and complete the rest of the installation any time later.  We can also install only the tubing throughout your home, then complete the rest of your installation much later.  And, yes, air conditioning is possible with Radiant Heating Systems.
